Hideo Kojima gets MTV Lifetime Achievement Award from Jade Raymond

Hideo Kojima snagged an accolade for himself during MTV's Game Awards. He was given the Lifetime Achievement Award for his Metal Gear Solid series. While such awards are usually given to retirees, Kojima had this to say: "I have to say, even though I received this award, let me state that I will not retire. I will continue to create games as long as I live." We're looking forward to these future titles. Hopefully, we'll see them on the PS3 ... with more bad-asses in them.

Ocelot? Why him? If you wanna get technical..he was a good guy. Remember the major plot twist at the end.

Whoa man spoiler alert! but he was still a boss and it was really good design for that boss fight. I base a good boss on how many times I yell at my tv screen and almost smash my controller and that happened alot more against liquid than against Screaming Mantis. However congrats to Hideo and the MGS4 crew. really well deserved

This also brought a tear to my eye. I'm glad that they're honouring this acheivement, cuz it truly is an achievement!

Four of the biggest games (and totally topping my favourites list) in history is nothing to scoff at lol. My gazillions of hats are off to you Kojima! You totally deserve it.
