Soldner-X arrives on PlayStation Network on 12/4 for $9.99

The delayed Soldner-X is finally making its way home on the PlayStation Network next week for the low, low price of $9.99 in North America. The shmup features 1080p graphics, 2 player co-op support, leaderboards, and Trophy support. Check out the new trailer above.

its not just cool. it unbelievable. I've been dying for a side scrolling shooter for a long time. this game looks sweet. day 1.

We can't ask much more than this in a side scroller shmup... Day one buy (along with SF2 HD Remix). PSN will be seeing my wallet a lot in the following weeks.

Visually, it looks like every other PSN/XBLA schmup. For once, I'd like a Touhou schmup where we control a bunny girl who shoots suppositories!

I hope the developers managed to give this downloadable game in-game access to music. [sarcasm] That would be quite the feat given the limited resources of the ps3. [/sarcasm]

Did they even playback the video once they had edited it? The bad voice actors narration was drowned out by techno pops. I think it has somthing to do with it being developed in Germany(?) and just outsourcing the dialouge.
Still looks like an incredible game, day 1... these games used to cost just as much as full disc/cartridge based games, but PSN downloads are $10-20 ! You can't beat that!

I know, but.... everyone that followed the game on PSN knows that they're not only porting it, but it's said they tweaked it in every way. Hopefully that includes some gameplay and difficulty enhancements.
still, i'll wait for reviews to check if the improvements actually happened.

yeah, i have the pc version and was very dissapointed with this game. It was one of the worst shooters i have played in a long time, it was really clunky too (and i don't mean hardware issues). Only thing I liked about it was its visual. I really hated the weapons though.

DAMN! that game looks so sick. Like everyone else said, the PSN needs more shooters like this. As awesome as this game is, I kinda wish they added Radiant Silvergun and Ikaruga to the lineup, as insanely hard as those games are, they are SOOO much fun, even if you get game over. This is def a buy-now game
Wow, Sony/ps3 has so much good stuff going for it so far, mirrors edge, naruto ninja storm, megaman 9, street fighter HD, then the blockbuster titles of 2009 FF13, GoW III, etc, Exclusives or not, these are all great games, I wish I have enough money for them... :(

Question. Is this only for PS3 and PC? Why no XBL version?
And for the record, I don't own a 360... Jeez, I just like spreading the love to my buds who don't know crap about release dates.
