Can I have a demo? I want this game to be good, and I would even buy it if it was mediocre, potentially. I just want some sonic, that's all.

Same here dude, I'm probably going to pick this up Day 1. Even if its mediocre. I know i'm gonna regret saying this but I actually liked the Sonic levels in Sonic the Hedgehog (2006). I hated everything else though.

It's actually a pretty good game. The "true" Sonic sections are pure gold, offset by the so-so "Werehog" sections. That's a small complaint, though.

Pay no mind to the naysayers - if you like a decent platformer, you really can do a LOT worse than this game.

The sites which give this game a low score have written very short reviews with no depth whatsoever, marking the game down just for the werehog concept alone.

This is the Mario Galaxy of Sonic games, if you are a Sonic fan this is a must have, if you are not a Sonic fan then you probably aren't interested in this game anyway.

Like I said before, Sonic Unleashed: the crappy Sonic game that really isn't.

With the Pass iterations this game didn't have a chance but we Sonic fans are celebrating the day time sections are nothing like I ever seen, the Night sections are good and would probably work as a standalone game but it's complicated to explain.

Werehog is like a God of War meets Prince of Persia meets The legend of zelda meets Kingdom heart meets Donkey Kong 64 it's a lot of fun if you like solid platforming but the Day sections overshadow it completely.

if you are not a Sonic fan give this game a rent or wait for a Demo.
