Urban PSP campaign moves online
Sony's trying to work on PSP's street cred, aiming for a slightly edgier crowd than what Nintendo is doing with the DS. Their urban TV ads show PSP as a vital part of active city life. A new online component has gone live, complimenting the ad campaign. Called "Everywhere Just Got Better," the website allows PSP owners to mark their locations on a map. Check out the unique PSP skins on display. Of course, this begs the question: when will these skins be available for sale?

I appreciate Sony trying to market the PSP, but we need new games first...

Really quite ridiculous attempt at 'marketing'. Then again, their track record is pretty bad, especially when attempting 'hip' or 'viral' stuff.

Nothing you list there makes it 'edgier'. Its games certainly do NOT, since there's an overabundance of children's licensed IP garbage spilling off the shelves.
Andrew writes for DS Fanboy and PSP Fanboy and while he may be a Fanboy, he's not exactly biased for either system. Take System Wars back to the juvenile Gamespot forums where it - and you - belong.

I second pixelator, your the first person who is ranting about ds vs psp in a long long time I've seen here.
Anyways first of all he meant CROWD. Do you not understand what CROWD means?

get ready for a bunch of one sided ignorance coming from this guy from now on. No one wants to listen to your stupid comments. Do everyone a favour be leaving. Seriously, by changing the topic from what the PSP is about to target to simply doing a childish" OMG DS IS SO COOL, I HATE PSP" one sided arguement and then posting a link that seriously has nothing to do with anything we are talking about on this page really shows how grown up you are.

I saw a commercial of the "canada plays PSP" on some channel, think it was channel 45. Anyways it showed some functions of the psp but the commercial itself was really strange. Some people might not have been able to understand all the functions either since they weren't clearly outlined and you only saw glimpses of them ( though I'm pretty sure a visualizer would give a hint).
