No Doubt's Singles Collection hitting Rock Band DLC next week
The American punk-ska band No Doubt is bringing some of their best tracks to the Rock Band series. At least, according to a posting on the band's official website. The website states that "The Singles Collection" album will be coming to Rock Band on December 9 (probably December 11 for PS3 owners) and will include 13 tracks from the album. Funny thing is, the album has 15 tracks. So what two songs are being cut? We don't know yet, but you can check the full song list after the break.

most of their songs seem better suited for SingStar as opposed to Rock Band. Ah i wont complain. The more music the better.

ftrunks @ Dec 4th 2008 12:27PM
You take that back!! Hella good is HELLA GOOD!
Tez @ Dec 4th 2008 9:19AM
Remember when Gwen Stefani was hot?
HaloEleven @ Dec 4th 2008 9:40AM
Yeah, I'm sure you are hitting something hotter. I'd roll up and put a dent in her in a New York minute.
Adrian is a great drummer. Can't wait!
Tez @ Dec 4th 2008 9:42AM
'Hotter' is subjective, but I have no complaints :P
Fane @ Dec 4th 2008 9:04PM
Remember when Gwen Stefani made good music? (sorry if this is a double-post)
Yyanks1 @ Dec 4th 2008 9:21AM
HAHAHAHA....No Doubt??? SERIOUSLY?
Gaucho @ Dec 4th 2008 9:38AM
How about more metal? more Children of Bodom, Green Jelly or the most brutal metal band ever . . . Dethklok!
Bagels PSN:WolfLogic @ Dec 4th 2008 11:33AM
I don't know if that's sarcastic or not, but please, NO MORE METAL! Or at least turn it's distribution down from level 11!
Alphathon @ Dec 4th 2008 1:32PM
I second Dethklok! Loved playing Thunderhorse on GH3. That said I would probably have to rip out my throught just to sing it :P (I have more of a Bruce Dickinson range). I'd really like "Go Into The Water" or "Awaken" (I have that one on my alarm clock lol). Actually come to think of it "Kill You" would work quite well.
@Bagels PSN:WolfLogic - As long as theres plenty for everyones tastes does it really matter to you if they add more metal?
HAAS599 @ Dec 4th 2008 10:04AM
Sunday Morning is a great Rock Band song, I'll pick that one up for sure. I may also get Spiderwebs and It's My Life.
P.S. Please give us some "Weird Al" Yankovic in Rock Band!!
Fane @ Dec 4th 2008 7:47PM
Sunday Morning WILL be awesome: three different sections--one fast, one syncopated, one somewhere in between.
Here's hoping it actually makes it into the pack (Teen Spirit and Come As You Are didn't make it into the Nirvana pack).
Excuse Me Mr. and Spiderwebs should also be fun to play. All of them will be fun to sing (hence Cory's SingStar remark).

I'm a fan of anything that doesn't sound remotely like Visions. I'm eagerly awaiting an Rock Band 2 song export tool for Rock Band 3 so I can get rid of that song and others like it. In fact could we just get an all-dlc Rock Band where we make up our own Endless Setlists :)
De @ Dec 4th 2008 11:35AM
Finally.
I love playing RB and RB2 but my alto singing voice was running out of songs - I'm glad they're adding an entire album of songs I know and can sing without sounding terrible (changing octaves does nobody any favors).
De @ Dec 4th 2008 11:36AM
Oh, and the 2 mostl likely to not be included are "its my life" and "running" since they were the two 'new' tracks on that CD when it came out.
djSyndrome916 @ Dec 4th 2008 2:05PM
It's My Life is a cover, so unless they also got the rights from the original artist, that's probably one of the two.
Dave @ Dec 4th 2008 12:14PM
Just to give you guys a heads up, don't get too hyped. Company line is that everything is a rumor until they announce it themselves, so while it is likely, Harmonix may throw a curveball instead tomorrow. God forbid we have another Nevermind, Moving Pictures or Offspring fiasco.
mtsmith @ Dec 4th 2008 3:27PM
Where is Sunday Morning, one of the best songs on Tragic Kingdom
Fane @ Dec 4th 2008 7:53PM
Between Bathwater and Hella Good, fifth on the list.
mtsmith @ Dec 5th 2008 12:35AM
oh thanks!
Arc|Angel @ Dec 4th 2008 9:11PM
You've never heard Hella Good? Spent time in a cave?
