If there are bosses and stuff, it sounds like this is actually gonna have levels in it as opposed to the Xmas pack which only has construction material.

Is there no one else that has a problem with DLC introducing more Trophies for a game? While it doesn't prevent anyone from getting the Platinum for LBP (I hope), it is still affecting the overall Trophy System and Levels.
Some companies like Namco have already crossed that fine line of ripping off the stupid gamers through DLC, but Media Molecule/Sony are edging closer and closer.
And yes, I do understand no one is forcing me to buy anything but that isn't the point now is it?

I think it's just you buddy. You buy a game, you get trophies, you buy more for the game, you get more trophies. Makes sense to me.
In other news, how about some trophies for MGS4? The minute I saw the TV (before reading the title) my hopes got raised for just a second, only to be dashed. I want MGS4 trophies~

I hate that i got the burnout platinium and after the expansion my game is%90 . Not fair, they should make a sub menu for the trophies
Burnout.................................100%
Burnout expansion pack 1......100%
Also trophies tend to be alittle pain. Like the ones for warhawk. You need the highest rang to gain a gold...but if you buy the expansion you can get bronze and gold for just killing 1 time... not fair.

What about this is difficult to understand?
Introducing more Trophies through DLC (not free) will consequently add more Trophies under the list of possible Trophies filed under LittleBigPlanet on the XMB. So now my file will display that I have only achieved 90% of Trophies on LBP, when in fact I have earned them all. This is similar to Super Stardust HD and, as Jerses pointed out, Burnout Paradise.
My point is that the entire Trophy system is in danger of becoming flawed through more DLC if it IS NOT controlled correctly. Hopefully with the mandatory Trophy inclusion starting in January this will be a problem of the past.

A gun!? man i was hoping for this kind of expansions...sackboys need to hurt other sackpersons. A gun will make levels more complex.

So this means that we are getting some extra levels then? Wow, this is a definite first day buy for me.
And to the people complaining about trophies for DLC, I really don't understand your point. If you don't buy the DLC, you don't have 100% of the game, therefore, you don't have 100% of the trophies. Would you rather developers didn't offer DLC? I would say that a themed LBP pack of one of the most beloved exclusive Playstation games that includes costumes, stickers, and extra levels is far, far, far from a rip off unless it's priced at over $9.99.

I can't understand the obsession of some people with trophies. Games are supposed to be fun, and trophies are a fun way to tracking your progress in the game, as opposed to using it as a tool for a dick-waving contest.

I'm glad they're finally trying to sell us something useful. I was sick of seeing the weekly barrage of worthless costumes at a few bucks a pop.
Still, if I get the MGS content pack, will I be able to publish anything I make with it? I imagine any MGS levels will be modded from existence.
I guess it was only a matter of time before the sackboy got a gun but I didn't think it would be the first thing. Real original.
