I can't help but think "Stream of Unconsciousness" would make for a good PSN title. It could be a really weird art game set in a dream world.

Perhaps a game where your only weapon is your piss? It can feature that little prankster on all the "piss on [company]" stickers running around.
No... wait... that sounds like it'd evolve into some mindless item quest with generic levels and AI with an IQ of about 80.
