Musou Orochi Z announced for Japan

The game is expected to hit Japan on March 12. Though a release in other territories has yet to be confirmed, StrategyInformer -- who has contacted Koei -- reports that a European version is very likely. Said a Koei rep to SI: "No definite plans yet but the Warriors Orochi games proved really popular over here [in Europe] so I'm sure it will." It's a very informal answer, but at least there are some signs of interest internally.

Why have one word of the title written in Japanese and the other word in English?

I don't know why they choose what they do. It's also not uncommon to have all the menus in English, even for a game that was released in Japan months or years before an English release was out. Gundam Musou 2 has all the menus in English, with the area you're in in English in the upper Left corner, and then the Japanese for that same word just below it, but smaller. And as you navigate each menu item, it tells you about it in the lower right in Japanese only. Very odd.

Awesome! I'm glad I didn't buy these for Xbox 360 like I was going to originally. Two for the price of one.
Also that's not English, that's Romaji, technically.

I hope it's just 1 game, and not 2 separate games on 1 disc. I'll definitely buy it if it's just a single game.
(And it could be English or Romaji, you can't tell from that since the name Orochi is spelled the same in both.)

Nice to see that I don't have to buy Warriors Orrochi 1 and 2 for the PS2. Now I can get this game with all new graphics, and bunch of exclusives.
