Qore episode 8 brings a Heavy Rain of F.E.A.R into the Killzone

If you enjoyed your free Christmas episode last month you can pick up the latest episode on Thursday when it releases on the American PSN Store. It will cost you $2.99 for a single episode or $24.99 for an annual subscription (13 episodes). Seems like a good one. I would buy it, but we don't get anything playable so I'll just look for it on YouTube.

Killzone 2 clips at the very beginning (New Sun and other ships descending into Helghan's atmostphere) and around 55 seconds (a lot of ships shooting missiles in space at an object).
A grand total of perhaps 3-5 seconds (of unseen before footage), and it's already epic.

I've got my eye on heavy rain too, Farenheit (indigo prophecy) was superb, one of my top top PS2 games.
Almost changed the way I look at gaming for the first time since Wing Commander back in the day! Interactive Movie type games are so much more than games and Heavy Rain promises to take this to a whole new level!

I checked out the free episode last month, and while it was nice, I don't really feel it's worth the price. I guess I'm not interested in enough of the games/movies it covers :)

I just played through the F.E.A.R. 2 demo and not only was i scared but i was having an incredible BLAST! it sent chills up my spine many many times. The only thing that i did not like was the use of the sniper rifle, seemed very cheesy at that point, the snipers reminded me of the spec ops women dressed in black that you meet in the first half-life though =)

I dont see the value in paying for some commercials and a game demo. I thought Fear demo would of been released today for everybody to get from PSN. Its not so I checked my XBL and, Whoomp dere it iz!! PS3 I want to love you, I want to spend hours frittered away on your high horsepower goodness. Alas slow downloads, few solid games, really lame chat operation, lead me back to the slightly less svelte but making up for it in personality the 360 Elite. Fear is down loading now for FREE!
