PS3 and PSP versions of UNO coming to PlayStation Network
The popular card game UNO is getting PS3 and PSP adaptations, courtesy of GameLoft. The two versions will be available on the PlayStation Store. Both versions will be available some time this year.
Michel Guillemot, president of Gameloft, said: "UNO is one of the most recognized card games in the world and we are excited to extend it beyond mobile and onto a whole host of console executions."

This is a great game on XBLA. Theres a new version coming out soon on XBLA Uno Rush, so wonder if PSN will get the new or old one.

Hah, I think I'd have to be pretty desperate to resort to having to play card games on my PS3. :P

I second that, I mean with "proper" games for gaming sessions and all those brilliant PSN titles for killing a couple of mins, why would anyone bother playing UNO?
Perhaps I jsut don't see the attraction.
UNO has always sucked though right?
Saying that, I do play chess on Home.....

Wow. A card game. Or, Sony help make classic PS1 games like Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Metal Gear Solid, Tenchu, Oddworld and the like available for all regions.

OMFG!!!!!!!!! My wife plays UNO on my box all the time, she is going to love this. I'm going to love this. I can't wait to see a trophy list for it too :)

Gambit07 @ Jan 9th 2009 1:00PM
ummm, either you have a PS3 in your toilet or you can see your TV when the bathroom door is open, either way, you rule!
JaffaBoy @ Jan 9th 2009 10:14AM
"Great" that we are getting games that were on XBL in 2006!!!
UNO is one of those great to play together games, the satisfaction in throwing down a "pickup 4" to stop the guy next to you finishing is such fun...
Not sure how well this crosses into an online experience, unless you have voice and camera?
meatee @ Jan 9th 2009 10:23AM
For those that haven't played the XBLA game, trust me, it's surprisingly addictive and a very welcome addition to the PSN if you ask me.
Jason Chapa @ Jan 9th 2009 10:28AM
If it's anything like the Xbox Live Arcade version, it'll be worth the purchase.
kentawilson @ Jan 9th 2009 10:30AM
I think that's one of the only old games on XBLA that you can find multiplayer games on. Seeing as though the Xbox version supports voice and camera the PSN should too. A lot of people have been banned off of XBL for being nude on camera though.
no1kevlin @ Jan 9th 2009 10:40AM
it looks fun. Let's just hope that Gameloft don't release another broken game like they did with Brain Challenge.

About Fucking time!!!!!
vandil @ Jan 9th 2009 11:05AM
The question now is: Will the video game cost less than the price of buying a physical deck of Uno cards?

Please don't screw it up, Gameloft. All I ask.
