PS3 and PSP versions of UNO coming to PlayStation Network
The popular card game UNO is getting PS3 and PSP adaptations, courtesy of GameLoft. The two versions will be available on the PlayStation Store. Both versions will be available some time this year.
Michel Guillemot, president of Gameloft, said: "UNO is one of the most recognized card games in the world and we are excited to extend it beyond mobile and onto a whole host of console executions."

My grandma would get really violent if no one played Uno with her.

At least here, it's going to be a PSN game for the PSP, as opposed to Scrabble being a $30 UMD.
Stuff like this is what PSN should be for, I think, and leave the big, cinematic games for the UMD.

I wonder how this can even work on a PS3. Everyone will be able to see your cards!
With a shared PSP it would kinda work, since only one player at a time can see the screen

If it has no online mode then its worthless.

UNO is a great family game, can't see the pleasure in playing it on own on a PSP

Would be good for multiplaying. But the real challenge for the developers would be making a solid, challenging, single player campaign.

...and adding a flexible infrastructure mode.

Obviously, no one here already has it on the Xbox360 - it will be exactley like that. There's a single player campain where you compete against the computer who controls three other players (red, purple, green, or some other colour). It has the main rules or you can customize rules. If you want to compete online, you just connect and you play up against four people. Voice chat also works.
Good game - and about flippn time it comes out on the Sony side of the house.
