Rocket Powered Battle Cars race into Europe Jan. 22
Live in Europe and been meaning to pick this PSN title up? Then it must've been a long wait for Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars; much longer than it takes to say that name, or to type it out. Try translating that into at least 15 other languages.
Regardless of name length, the title is coming out in Europe this upcoming January 22. Psyonix Studios posted a discreet update on their website stating that the game would drop in during next week's PS Store update. So there you have it. It's time for Voitures Acrobatiques de Bataille!
[Thanks Alex!]

I played the demo a while back, but unsure if is worth it. plus all replay for this game is through online. But psn titles dont always hold their popularity online after the next wave of psn titles get released.

This game is a good one, if not a bit challenging due to the fact some of the current players are VERY good. My first game consisted of me getting smacked all around the arena while the other team scored in some rather ridiculous manners. The first score for instance was scored by a player who had just blasted into me, sending me hurling and he then backed up rapidly, coming into contact with the ball and scoring a reverse driven score from about 1/4 the way down the "field". I was impressed and depressed at the same time.

European games don't get translated into 15 different languages (3-5 is the norm). Even if they did they wouldn't and don't translate sequentially, stop making excuses for them.

Sorry, too late, past caring.

Am personally loving it, finding it difficult though. But I love the extra little strategy elements it has and who doesn't love squishing bugs? :P

It continues to aggrevate me when publishers cite language translations as the reason behind an EU Store release. Why don't they just release the English-Language version into EU straight away, seeing as, y'know, UK the home of the English language is there.... They could always work on other languages afterwards, but at least that would enable a large portion of Europeans to play games without delay. English is the lingua franca after all. Give us that choice please!

At least they've stopped saying it's a PAL 'vs' NTSC issue, that was even less believable.

This game is awesome; everyone should buy it. Or at least try the demo.
I can't stress how much fun this game is.

It's more like:
Voitures supersoniques acrobatiques de bataille propulsée par fusées
Pretty good attempt nonetheless
