MMO FreeRealms slightly delayed on PS3
There currently are not too many MMOs on the PS3, but that's going to change rather soon. Well, not that soon, at least in the case of FreeRealms. The casual MMO from Sony Online Entertainment is slated for both PC and PS3 with the PC release out by Q2 2009; however, there still isn't any word on when the PS3 version would be out.
SOE confirmed to IGN that while there isn't any date yet scheduled it's very likely that the PS3 version won't meet the current timeframe set for the PC version -- which was recently rated by the ESRB without mention of the PS3. Perhaps the wait won't be long, but there's no denying that there will be one.

hm this game seems lame...wish they would bring something like guild wars to the ps3.... its free online play and its not so bad

Im sure if Sony could get Guild Wars, they have a partnership with NCSoft.

I'm looking forward to this game. Seems nice and fun and very simple.

I don't care if they cancel ALL future MMOs as long as MAG gets released and doesn't suck.

The kool thing about it is that you can change jobs anytime and basically do anything......hope it turns out good

Yeah I'm so excited at the prospect of MAG, not so much at this but will probably try it out.

I will never understand SOE.. Lately I've been mistaking them for SE for their blundering toward PS3.
If the PS3 version is going to be delayed, then delay the game assnuggets. Why would you let a first party title go on what is essentially an MS platform before your own?
Who is running that company?

because they're letting the MS platform be the test dummies
