Age of Booty Trophy patch comes in February

Capcom's Age of Booty has run into a number of issues, ranging from connection problems to a mystery Trophy update (which was later pulled). Well, looks like Capcom's finally getting their act together. IGN just learned that the PlayStation Network game will get another patch -- with working Trophies -- at the end of February, to coincide with the release of the PC version of the game.

That's not what this post is about. Try reading the topic before posting next time.

Frankly, I'm excited about this news. I have yet to be able to complete an online match, but that could be because I'm on a crappy connection atm. It's too bad they couldn't fix it while the hype was big for AoB, but hopefully this will be a final necessary patch and more peeps will get into it.

Oh, sorry, um... (reading) Oh, um, yeah, I still don't care about Age of Booty, and I still think Capcom needs to update Street Fighter for trophies... Oh and what ever happened to my trophy patch for Bionic Commando!?!?!?

So, find a post about Capcom, or updates, or trophies. If you don't care about Age of Booty, they why are you posting here? It's a fairly simple concept.

Agree. The base levels where nice, but i think the game need more of a challenge or curses so its more interesting. The online play crashes 2 times per 10 games so its not that bad.

Great game indeed, but since i bought it in november last year, i haven't been able to play a single online game.
I sincerely hope this patch helps...

I wonder if they've kept the crazy trophy list? Wonder what will happen to those that managed to get the platinum in the short time the original patch was out? Ahwell February is going to be an epic month!!!

The biggest issue isn't even mentioned. The Europena trial version and those who bought it after testing the trial version went totally broken as of patch 1.01 a couple of weeks ago. Yes, that is right - you couldn't even start the game.

Yesterday they release patch 1.02 which finally should fix the game. According to Capcom the blame is on Sony and SCEE who released a half-finished version from the start. Have SCEE been able to do anthing right lately?

Anyhow, it is a great game and I hope more people will pick it up and play online now!
