I will be buying this because I really enjoyed playing the full game. Next week is going to rock with this and Killzone 2 coming out.

It's going to be awesome!!

I still want to know how much this is going to cost. :P If it's priced well, I'm all over it.

Well for once I can have DLC for a game I enjoyed playing other than Little Big Planet. I wanted GTA DLC...NOOO Its only on 360, I wanted Fallout 3 DLC...SAME STORY, Finally a publisher is making DLC for BOTH consoles. Well thats refreshing. I even bought a 360 2 weeks ago to play Fable 2 and download the Fallout 3 DLC. I played like 5 hours of Fable 2 and it BLEW so I sold the 360 to gamestop and returned the game for my money back the next day. After all was said and done I only lost $10 on the whole ordeal but it reminded me why I bought a PS3 in the first place. Its simply better. I hated the controls and layout of the 360 and the thing sounded like a refrigerator running in my living room. I have high hopes for the future of DLC though. And Sony keep those PS3 exclusives coming, I have yet to hate one of THOSE. :-)

yeah daniel, I'm having the same problem with this 360 exclusive DLC, cuz I've recently become a Fallout 3 addict, and feel pretty left out here. I have GTAIV too, and some Lost and Damned would really be swell. And I even get some of my 360 friends who brag to me about it! I think that's ridiculous. If a game is multiplatform, DLC should follow suit. I can honestly say that I'd never wish the same fate on my 360 friends. If PS3 got DLC exclusively for a game that's on both systems, I'd still think its messed up, and not fair to consumers at all. We can compete and brag about console features and exclusives all we want, but when a company releases DLC for a multiplatform game, the DLC should be multiplatform.

Damn right. I emailed bethesda on thweir website about it too and asked if there was ever a chance that fallout 3 dlc would be coming to the PS3. I got the following reply:
"Fallout 3 DLC content is sold exclusively on Games for Windows LIVE and Xbox
LIVE. They are not currently available any other way.
Thank you for playing Fallout 3."
I am hoping that judging by the wording that maybe the DLC is timed exclusive and it may be coming in the future. But I totally agree with you. We are all gamers at the end of the day and we all want to have fun. Thats what its all about. Why cant we just enjoy our games no matter which system we decide to buy. Exclusive games are one thing but multiplatform games should have multiplatform dlc. end of argument.

Ummm... guys...
Theres a trophy called 'Leaving the Storm' so that means when you complete the Epilouge then thats it.
So there isn't going to be the Prince of Persia 2 that I was hoping for.
*starts crying* This was nearly one of my favourite gaming series but it's going to be put to an end.
Ah well. I'll enjoy this but if you can Ubisoft, please make a prolouge. :]
Mingjinko @ Feb 22nd 2009 11:21PM
Here's to hoping this update is $4.99! I highly doubt it, and for some reason think this'll go for $10, but hey, one can hope.
