More PopCap-flavored casual goodness is coming to the PlayStation Store. Zuma has players shooting brightly colored balls from a stone frog idol in order to match three or more of the same color and clear a deadly chain of spheres. The PS3 version includes full 1080p visuals, Trophy support, and offers Remote Play for use on PSP. The game will be available on the PlayStation Store later today for $9.99.
For some reason I have no problem paying $10 for some of PopCap's best on the PC, but I just can't bring myself to do it on the console. I'd probably snatch up Zuma:PS3 if it was $5 though.
Cut that $9.99 price tag down to $4.99, and I may consider it... Games like this are all over the internet for free, in fact I just watched my little brother play a game like this on 'Webkinz'...
$10?! I played this online for free. I'd pay $5 for it, but $10 is too much. I think Sony has realized that we'll pay $10 for games and are keeping prices there for almost all of them, but remember when the PSN first started, games were a lot cheaper, typically $5 to $7. Vote with your dollar, and bring the prices back down a little!
I shelled out 10 bucks for this on XBLA. Well worth it. It gets VERY hard as you progress. Can't wait for peggle. Probably buy it on PSN as my xbox hard drive is filling up. Also-this is 5 bucks on XBLA now i believe
I hope Sony and PopCap realize that PSP owners might actually want native versions of these games, instead of going through Remote Play. I had this and Bejeweled on my PDA and these are really the perfect kinds of games for portables. OTOH, PSP doesn't yet have Trophy support, and that would be nice.

Remote Play is definitely a good addition. Can't ever have too many of those.

Definitely too high at $9.99. I'd buy it at $4.99, though.
