Katamari Tribute features four adjustable visual filters
Can you spot the difference between the four Katamari Damacy Tribute images seen above? All four pictures showcase a different visual filter used in the game, and according to Siliconera, this change in art style and appearance can be adjusted by the player. The four filters are: classic, colored pencil, wood grain and cel-shaded.
Now, the question is: Which image corresponds to the right filter? We could just tell you, but we thought you'd have more fun playing a guessing game. So which one is which? Answers are after the break, no peeking!

just wondering is it PS3 only or what .. not that it matters. but it's looking very Nice .. like the different views but Classic will always be #1 .. i mean come on it's how Katamari Started

Will this game be similar to Noby Noby Boy?
Brett from Atlanta @ Apr 10th 2009 6:19PM
In all likelihood, you will like this a lot better than Noby Noby Boy. It's Katamari, and it's fantastic.

God I cant wait, its looking pretty promising.

Shame they aren't doing a "Realistic" style. I like katamari just the way it was, of course, but Katamari with graphics that aim to be at least a little realistic would be awesome to see at least once.

Only as an option though. If it was the only choice I don't think I would buy the game. Katamari Damacy would be really creepy if it took a realistic look and it would kill the overall tone of the game I think.

OK, so I tried this comment early this afternoon....
I would only support a "realistic" style if it was entirely a choice. I doubt that I would ever use it because I think it would make the game incredibly creepy and would kill the whole atmosphere of the game.
A "realistic" King of the Cosmos would be insanely disturbing and would in all likelyhood give me nightmares. Of course if that is what it takes to have a dream that I remember after waking up, I would be fine with it since that hasn't happened in over ten years or so.

King of the Cosmos nightmares only reinforce my opinion that it would actually make Katamari *more* surreal.

You think it will be a BD game? For some reason I was assuming it would be on PSN.

Nice...

This should cost the same as Sonic' ultimate mega collection.

Katamari Damacy was one of my reasons to get a ps2, this would have to be tragically bad for me to skip. Like Me My Katamari bad.
