Noby Noby Boy 1.1 patch lets you change your fart volume

Stop the presses! Noby Noby Boy patch 1.1 is now live and it gives you the all-important ability to change the volume of your farts. We thought you'd like to know.

Oh, but that's not all. The update will also give you access to a number of new musical options, 29 in all. Want to play with the sounds of the ocarina? Go ahead. Or, you can go for the congo or cello. You can see all the options over at Offworld.

If this breaking news isn't exciting enough for you, you'll also be able to see a thoroughly wacky trailer of Noby Noby Boy version 1.1 after the break.

563mb is not the patch. The patch actually overwrites the whole game, so it contains the patches and the game itself. So the patch actually is somewhere around 200mb since the original game is only about a little over 300mb.

Flower also has a patch out, updating it to version 1.01 which is 10MB. Still have no clue what was patched in flower...

actually, i would guess that the info has stuff for music? since there are tons of diffrent little music things in it now, like 20 something? that would take a chunk. and correct me if i'm mistaken, but wouldn't mars and all of the other planets be there in the first place and we just get there when they unlock?

From what I see so far, this is a definitely worthy update. The game physics seem to have been tweaked a bit - BOY walks faster now, is more snap-resistant (epic bungies) and can stretch to far greater lengths then ever before.

Prior to the patch, the maximum non-bungee length I managed to get on the BOY (the rest state) was 300m. Right now I managed to grow to 800m!

Hopefully these changes will speed up the progress towards Mars.

Uhm, I got the game on release, and I managed to stretch mine to over 16000m. I thought the high score-list was longest stretch in one go, and I was determined to get to the top. I got 20th place or something, but when I got back after a few days I was 500th or something and I discovered the high score was accumulated length. Bummer.
