It's been a while since we've seen you on PSP,
Naruto -- and it looks like you've grown up. PSP will getting its own fighter based on the
Naruto Shippuden series later this year, courtesy of Namco Bandai. According to
IGN,
Naruto Shippuden: Legends: Akatsuki Rising will feature a simplified control scheme that allows players to easily create "ultimate combos" with two support characters and easy-to-use Jutsu attacks. In addition to an Ad-Hoc versus mode, there will also be two-player co-op.
The story will take players through the Gaara Retrieval arc while the titular Akatsuki Mode will let you play as the Akatsuki organization. It looks like
Naruto fans will have a lot to look forward to.

wow, people complained about no psp games coming out... this week alone has seen many many psp games being released this year, cant wait

Do they make fighters because they're too lazy to create an RPG?
Seriously, 99% of Naruto games are either fighters or really terrible DS games.

Well, considering the anime revolts around fighting, sounds like the most logical choice for a game. Even if it's a RPG, it'll come to fighting eventually.

They could still add a bit more to it than that.
I've played a few Naruto fighting games for the PSP/DS, and they were all 100% fighting. Fighting games are fine, but there wasn't any story involved, or unlockables, or anything. Match that with the fact that attacks were extremely limited to only a couple of moves, and the repetitive use of that Smoke-Teleport skill, and you get bored of it after only a couple of fights. And I'm actually a fan of the show! Imagine how boring it'd be for someone who wasn't. >:

i like dis game but it ends when gaara is token to the akatsuki leader like naruto un4

Actually it goes all the way through the gaara arc which will mean it'll go further than UN4 by going all the way to the end of the gaara retrieval arc after when granny chiyo revives Gaara and will possibly have True Form Sasori

Naruto fan, me to. I have played naruto Ultimate ninja heroes 1 and 2 but will there be a 3rd. is it this one. It would be so awesome to use some new jutsus. i have to get this one. I have to check out the new sasuke's jutsu, the chidori nagashi and sasori's puppets.
