Guerrilla Games: Next Killzone 2 DLC to be 'best looking thing we have ever made'

Now that the first round of Killzone 2 DLC has been deployed to the battlefield, many eyes are looking to Guerilla Games for word on the next DLC offering. Next Gamer caught up to the game's producer Sebastian Downie and grilled him on all things DLC. Downie could not reveal any details, but did offer that "it's the best looking thing we have ever made."With E3 only a few weeks away, we're willing to bet we'll catch a glimpse of this visual tour de force in LA. Until then, we'll console ourselves online with the other 999,999 people players.

well well....I would REALLY love it if they drop DLC for this every 3-4 months...and next time PLEASE give us more than just 2 maps for $6....how about 4 maps for $9??

I hope it's some additional single-player chapters. I could care less about multiplayer maps.

Ditto. I like the single player aspect much more than the multiplayer.
KZ2 would be so much fun with a multiplayer mode that was the opposite of coop tho.. One team was Sev and co, the other was Helghan, constantly respawning in the single player campaign.
But yeah, let's hope they start expanding past that cliffhanger ending...

I love this game and hope the future DLC is just as good. I'll take anything they offer.

My guess, some kind of jungle/forest levels. Those tend to be easiest on the eyes. Imagine that early redwood level in Resistance 2 with KZ2's lighting system.
I'd prefer a jungle, they always seem to be more eye catching, pleasing.

I love KILLZONE to a degree just shy of my METAL GEAR infatuation (HELGASTS UNITE!), so here's hoping this update is a 4 player offline/split-screen mode. :\
Oh wait, developers keep thinking we don't have friends over for gaming anymore. I forget.

This probably has to do with the classic maps from the first Killzone, which had organic environments. THAT would look pretty freaken good.

I'm waiting for them to re-introduce Luger and Hakha. No doubt what happens in the storyline is bound to affect them somehow...

Best thing ever... WOOOOW im impressed.. NOT pls guys, maybe you should focus to read a manual. "book for dummies: how to make a server that dont lagg like ours on kz2" then i can say... guys you did a good job! en pls fix the many bugs and stuff in it... its on his way to become a socom game, that whas glued with bugs!
