SplitFish unveils new PS3 controller series at E3 '09

Expect the Frag Pro to be an upgraded version of SF's older FragFX controller, which is excellent for shooters thanks to its PC mouse-like design. The Frag Pro features an all-new "dual wireless system," and left-grip "Six-Axis" control. Both frag-ing controllers should be available by this fall... when all the shooters come out.

I had no idea they made a controller with a trackball that replaces the right stick. I've had that idea for a while now, and I really want one. Most people instantly scoff at the word trackball in a sentance that has to do with gaming, but the idea of a small trackball controlled with the thumb that replaces the right stick has a ton of potential. It would be familiar to those that already use dual sticks, but the on-screen motion would be closer to that of a mouse.
I really like Splitfish's stuff, although I haven't gotten the chance to try any of them. I like their ideas I guess is what I mean. I really hope one of these controllers is my anticipated dual shockball 3.
Though I must say I'd rather have an imitation Dual Shock with a trackball replacing the right stick as opposed to the dual nunchuck style they had going on there. And it will probably cost far more than a dual shock. Wah-wah.
