Home's Xi ARG is now complete
Xi is done; it's finished. The alternative reality game found within PlayStation Home is now complete with an ending. Some of you may have already discovered the super secret finish to Xi, but some of you haven't yet. This doesn't mean those of you who haven't won't ever get to -- there's still time.
As detailed by the PlayStation Blog, all Xi-related spaces in Home will still remain active "for a few weeks." It looks like all you latecomers have some time to catch up. So get out there and start searching!

I tried this once and then I completely forgot about it. I should go back and do it while I can. :P

Do you win anything from it?

Yes, if you complete all of the fragment quests you get a Fragment Master Trophy (for your Home space), if you complete all of the butterfly quests, you get a Butterfly Master Trophy (for your Home space), and if you complete both, you get a Xi Master Trophy (for your Home space). Notice, these are all for the Home space, not actual PSN trophies, and I'm not positive the names are accurate, but they are called something like that.

Just a heads up, it's not technically finished yet, after you complete the first part of Xi, a Xi Alumni space becomes available, and there is a task in there. It can't be completed yet (for some reason the keypad that you are supposed to enter the code into is non-functional), but it sounds like once it can be, Xi will be done. According to a tweet from Patrick O'Luanaigh (an nDreams developer), they are having a "Xi wrap party tomorrow," and "it's been so much fun." So it's not quite complete, but it's very close.

FYI The keypad's supposed to be fixed next thursday, when Home is updated.Xi is fun if you like adventure games. And it's free.

Xi was amazing. It shows what Home is capable of doing when its users, the PlayStation community, and Home's technological capabilities combine. Here's hoping for more cool stuff in the future!
