Strikers 1945, a classic vertical scrolling shoot 'em up, is coming to PSP exclusively through the PlayStation Network. Originally released in 1995, Strikers 1945 Plus for PSP will feature new graphics and a brand new "Endless" mode. PM Studios, publisher of DJ Max Fever, is planning on releasing the PSN game in July for $11.99. Check out a video of the original game after the break.
I wonder how these exclusives for PSP do on PSN. The fact that they are growing in number means that there must be some success to be had, but just how much success?
Oh, well, more things to play on my PSP that are cheap and downloadable is always a good thing :)
The game is listed on Play-Asia as $44.90 USD ; although, I'm not sure if that is an accurate listing as Play-Asia lists it as a UMD game to purchase on August 6th 2009.

By new graphics, do you mean it will be widescreen/2.5D/Hi-def Antialiased/Uber-interpolated??? why not release that as a new game??

Hmmmm, the guys who did DJ Max Fever? Interesting. If it's cheap enough, I might get it.
chocolat.cosmos @ Jun 23rd 2009 8:59AM
No, the PUBLISHER of DJMAX Fever. They didn't have anything to do with the development of that game. DJMAX is developed by Pentavision.

I hope it uses the whole screen... in a regular way, not vertical. I hate those games that require you to play sideways.

That could be a fun thing to have on my memory stick.

It's sad... I still have this game for my Playstation... (in perfect condition too)
