inFamous space coming to PlayStation Home

In a recent post on the PlayStation.Blog, SCEA's Katie Reid revealed a few random inFamous facts. According to the post, the inFamous demo is the fastest demo ever to reach 1,000,000 downloads. Will those demo downloads all turn into purchases?

The biggest news hidden in the post must be the revelation of an inFamous space for Home. No other details (or images) were revealed, but we're sure it will let you walk around in a small section of Empire City. Odds are low that you'll get magical electricity superpowers when entering.

There was a short clip of the space on the screen in the mall (Pulse E3 video) it shows people run into a small section that looks like Empire city and a minigame that seems to let you fire bolts and targets with the left and right sticks for aiming individually. So it'll likely be similar to the Resistance 2 space.

i keep nearly 50 gigs of media, some porn, on an external hard drive. helps when i don't want to delete movies just to checkout a demo. i have 200gigs to spare

This game is fantastic. I beat it twice (for the obvious reason) But TBH I wouldn't use the Home space. I haven't been on it since Home came out, and even then i was only on it for 10 minutes. . . I'm sure some people enjoy home otherwise they would have scrapped it . . . right?

They announced the inFamous home space in Playstation Home, I'm pretty sure it was in the mall, the episode of Pulse. There's a mini game where you try to control electricity and hit something with it, not too sure about it.

Saw it when I was trying to win bomberman. What an waste of time that was -_-

infamous sold half million so far, so it's halfway there.

for the infamous space you should be able just around places there and shoot elcectricity.

you should also add a small pool where you can make some one stand there and we can shoot electricity there.

Sorry, but that's old. There are pictures, and a little mini game where you can shoot electric powers. It might've been in Qore.

Infamous rocked!
But man did it suck to find all 350 shards... damn had 348 and couldn't find the last two so I had to start over and go square for square...

Some DLC would be brilliant. Didn't like the end, in my opinion it was way too open and left too many questions unanswered.

Oh yeah: Use the brilliant engine and give us some spin-offs. Would love to play Zeke.

I only buy games without multiplayer when they reach a low price. However, based on everybody's opinion, I am starting to get anxious to buy inFamous.

Home content is always cool. Always good to know that it will have a lot of fresh stuff when I return there.

I know there is no reason to trust me but I was at the Game Horizon Conference in Newcastle and there was a montage of Playstation Home shown which included this there is a mini game with "electricity shooting" and also some infamous costumes.

Looked pretty cool.

The inFAMOUS costumes are already out, supposedly everybody who finished the demo during a certain time frame would be able to get the Cole costume.

Yep, I re-downloaded the demo of inFAMOUS yesterday after hearing you unlock Coles costume after playing the demo. Wham. Finished the demo, went on Home and saw the messages that I unlocked 4 or 5 items. I looked in the wardrobe and there they were. Now if we could only download the electrical powers to zap some of the Home people in the Central Plaza. :)
