Buzz now host to over 1.7 million user generated questions

Over 1.7 million questions have now been created by users using the MyBuzzQuiz website. That's 218,750 8-question quizzes, which is the equivalent to almost 11 thousand Amateur Quizwriter trophies. Considering it's only been a year since Buzz! Quiz TV was first released (September in the US), this is an impressive number -- enough to fill 350 Buzz retail discs -- and works out to over 18 thousand quizzes being made per month.
These quizzes can all be played and enjoyed by anyone, regardless of whether you own the game or not, thanks to the MyBuzzQuiz website. Alternatively, you can check out the Buzz! Home space which is set to launch this week, where these questions will be pumped in and answered collectively by the Home community.

To be fair.. how many people own the game? anyone who bought the game is bound to make a quiz..

So? I miss your point.

if 500,000 people bought the game, less than half of them made 1 quiz.. anybody with half a brain can make a quiz

i bet 90 % of them are about sex.

Looks like the developer never needs to make another Buzz game. Simply re-use the engine and add new questions. That's exactly how Jeopardy works on TV. This also frees up the developer to make something new, like a murder mystery or something. ;-)

I made one quiz. Meh. Personally, I'd rather play the standard game or the couch vs. couch than the user-created quizzes. The fun game modes and such aren't available in them.
Buzz is a game that is vastly overlooked. It's a lot of fun to play with friends, kids and adults alike. I can't recommend it enough. Buy it now!
I'm glad they keep adding more content, but I wish they would add more game modes and characters to download. I'd be all over that.

My problem with the user created quizzes is that they're way too short. It is too inconvenient to sit through menus and character selection for less than 10 questions.

I couldn't agree more. With only one mode available and only 10 questions, it's rather lackluster. They need to expand upon this online mode to get more people to buy the game for the online mode. More characters would help, too.

I just got this game a few weeks ago and was really impressed. I just hope they patch it so multiple accounts can sign in and play together during offline multiplayer (like I can with Resistance 2 and LBP...and, yes, every 360 game).

I've enjoyed most of the user-generated quizzes I've played. I even made a few that turned out pretty well, and quite a few people gave them good ratings, which actually felt pretty good. More free questions are better than the packs they've released, which have been too expensive and not interesting enough for me to buy.

OH MY GOD they need to add more game types. I've played this so much that the game types are starting to get VERY dull, although still fun. I wish it was possible to play the couch VS couch game modes in a multiplayer with friends at home.
Also, more DLC for this is needed, both characters and questions. I want more questions from the developer, along with the user content. Sure, user content is fun, but it's like LBP, I'm sure you'd appreciate more Media Molecule content then the already vast user content.
