Saints Row 2 and WWE Smackdown 2009 join Greatest Hits lineup
It looks as though two more will join PS3's esteemed Greatest Hits lineup. GameStop has recently dropped the price of both Smackdown vs RAW 2009 and Saints Row 2 to the standard Greatest Hits price of $29.99. The addition of these two titles will boost the number of PS3 Greatest Hits games to over 20.

Smackdown! Vs RAW 2008 was a huge dissapointment, a franchise I liked really much moved on to to the next-generation of consoles... Only to be exactly like previous entries if not worse. Was 2009 any better?

2006 was the best. although this one does have DX on the cover

2006 was the best??? Maybe for Smackdown vs. Raw but the best in the wrestling series is still Here Comes the Pain.

My personal favourite is the first Smackdown! Vs RAW, here comes the pain probably had better career mode and backstage brawls, but Smackdown Vs RAW was better overall.

Heavenly Sword needs to go Greatest Hits.
Peter @ Aug 4th 2009 11:44PM
Neither Uncharted nor Heavenly Sword will ever come as Greatest hits, because they didn't sell well enough in their first 6 months. But both of those are actually Platinum titles here in europe :) Both of them are excellent!

A game just needs to sell 500,000 (formerly 400,000) units total and to have been on sale for 10 months (formerly 9) to qualify. Sony apparently treats the three major regions as separate with regards to "total" units. However, those numbers seem to be flexible (SR2 and WWE2009, for instance, didn't sell enough units on PS3 in NA). The key factor, of course, is the willingness of the publisher. Uncharted (like MotorStorm before it) sold plenty to qualify, but isn't a greatest hit because it's part of a bundle. I have no clue what's up with HS.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Sony_Greatest_Hits_games "A PlayStation 3 game must be on the market for 10 months and sell at least 500,000 copies to meet the Greatest Hits criteria."

Oops, guess I'm tired :P I just repeated what you said. But as you can see they have to sell well enough at its first year. Playstation 3 didn't have that many units sold in america by that time, so even the best of games didn't sell well enough is my guess.
