World Sand Sculpting Championship holds special surprise for Sony fans

Sony took some time to promote the PS3 and PSP at Korea's first annual Invitational World Sand Sculpting Championship. We're impressed by how the sand PS3 simply towers over these Asian girls. As we ponder the incredible manpower used to create these massive sand recreations, we can't help but think to ourselves ...

Theres a sand castle tournament thingy thingy up here in Canada too in Harrison Hot Springs and theres another one that started up again in a city called White Rock.

I'm sure there all over the place in North America.

There is even a sandsculpting event since 1999 in switzerland -> check sandskulpturen.ch (with people from all over the world)

The World Sand Sculpture Competition was held in Harrison Hot Springs, BC for the past 19 years (1989). This is how I discovered that Korea stole our Sand Sculptures!
