You'll shake your head at this Ninja Gaiden ad

Tecmo's creative team has certainly been churning out memorable ads for the upcoming PS3 release of Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2. The videos have shifted focus from sex to violence to ... more sex. The latest ad promotes the unique SIXAXIS motion controls exclusive to the PS3 version. Like the stars of this commercial, we're certain you'll be shaking your head -- we'll leave it up to you whether it's in approval or disapproval.

WTF? This ad is horrible, sexist and degrading. And I am a male. We are more than just boobs-chasing animals. Is that what the world has come to? That's just offensive and wrong. Hate this ad. First Guitar Hero playboy ads, and now this. Stop it already. Don't offend my intelligence. Give me an engaging storyline and fun gameplay. Final Fantasy wasn't epic because of Tifa's tits. Baldur's Gate is not considered one of the awesomer RPG because of Boo's hamster-cheeks. It's the story and gameplay.

It's not that Western civilization is coming to an end. It's just that the advertisers have run dry of ideas with which to sell us things (or at least Team Ninja's advertisers).

It might help more if the game has semblance of a sensical plot...

Besides, the target demographic isn't buying this game for the boobs, but for the ninja-fighting action.

The boobs are just extra fan service, fan service is not a bad thing.

You should have lost hope when you used "awesomer" as an adjective. As far as what the world has come to, men have always been a boob-chasing animals. Besides, they are not showing anything that gamers wont do once they buy/rent the game.

It's funny how this guy says " sexist and degrading.", and then uses the word "tits" in a derogative way. This is a Japanese commercial, they tend to use sexual references all the time. In fact when I visited Japan they had PORN everywhere, vending machines, gas stations, restaurants and a lot more otherwise "public" places. My eyes were bleeding when I saw a "real" episode of DBZ, well maybe a little excited too. You are probably in America where sexual things are less "out there", not a bad thing, you just have to remember that it's a different culture when you see videos like so.

Did you forget that its a Japanese commercial ? They have Porn stands everywhere, they don't think like Americans do. They have their own culture, so stfu and respect the boobies! Technically we're not supposed to see this, but since we are can you be a grown up and accept other peoples beliefs ?
