Time for another PlayStation Video Store freebie. You can get the first episode of Naruto Shippuden Uncut on your PS3 or PSP for zero dollars. The "Shippuden" story takes place a few years after the events of the first Naruto series, and covers the latter half of the manga's story. Note: the free episode is presented dubbed in English and presented in 4:3.

I'd get it on Blu-ray if they had the original dub with subs. Not into buying it piece by piece and at higher prices like this.

I'm not sure when the Video side of the store updates, but it's definitely before the Game side. I downloaded and watched this episode yesterday. The lack of anything in the Language field of the episode's entry on the Store led me to think it might be bilingual, but it was English only. I didn't particularly have a problem with that, though, as I do like hearing Kate Higgins go ballistic. :) And it's always kind of weird for me hearing Meryl Silverburgh's English voice coming out of someone else's mouth.

One of my friend is a big Naruto fan.... He has got PSP.... he will be glad to have these episodes........ keep posting. Will be visiting back soon.

It would be so great if every episode would be uncut on ps3. That way I wouldn't have to watch the crappy cut version of it in Disney, we all know it's ruined there. Maybe I'll be lucky enough to find the uncut english episodes on the internet somehow (hey, they already have the 1st 4 episodes UNCUT in english on dvd, so maybe someone will put that up somewhere...)
