LittleBigPlanet Creator's Edition DLC delayed, producer apologizes
Budding LittleBigPlanet PSP level designers who invested in the game's Creator's Edition were promised exclusive DLC via a redemption code included in the package; however, technical issues have made the content unavailable, according to senior producer Mark Green. In a letter posted on the PlayStation UK blog, Green apologized for the "technical hurdles," promising the content would release in early December with additional bonuses, as an apology for the wait.
"We need to ensure that these issues are resolved properly so that you have the best possible experience with the game," Green wrote. The content is currently undergoing a "rigorous" quality assurance process and should be made available around December 7 -- unless other hurdles come up. So, just a few more weeks until Creator's Edition players are able to develop their exclusive (and probably phallic) levels.

How about you give us PS3 owners more DLC for the real game... instead of it's little brother that wishes he could actually be as good as his older brother...

How about they make a decent game that doesn't rely on the players to actually make it fun.

I guess the developers were hoping gamers like yourself would have an imagination and find ways of incorporating their own ideas into the game, expanding what was already given. There is a game, but then the tools were let loose on the community to do as they please. It's your own downfall that you can't enjoy the 'littlebigthings' in life.

Also, I found the built in levels very fun, although the User-created content is obviously the bulk of the game.

If making things in it wasn't so tedious I might have, but the effort/fun ratio is far too low. It also doesn't fix the horrible floaty platforming.

Please re-read the source article. I'm sure this "creator's edition" is not a PSP release, but a re-release of the PS3 edition with previous DLC included on the disc.
Considering I've been jonesing for a PSP version since last November, I'm sure a PSP creator's version would have shown up on my radar long ago.

No, the Creator's Edition is in fact a PSP release. It's a special edition of the recently released game. The release you are thinking of is the Game of the Year edition on PS3. Different game.

Xav..,
I know this is a bit of an overdue comment or question but was the creators edition released in the USA anywhere? Everything that I've ever found of it was like uk only. [& even still then there is little info on it] I would really want one myself but of course but Im trying to figure out whether I'm gonna have to import it it looks like.
