Five features you may have missed in Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time
Ratchet and Clank games usually have a little extra for true series fans who want to dig deeper, and A Crack in Time isn't looking to break that trend. Developer Insomniac wants to make sure that those who have played the game are getting out of it all that's in there, pointing out five things for fans not to miss:
- Space Radio
- Dynamo of Doom
- Community Profile
- Insomniac Museum
- Return to the Great Clock

what the heck why is joystiqs comment system so full of fail that originally said "I (insert heart made of an arrow and a 3 here that for some reason keeps cutting off my comment here) Insomniac"

The symbol "less than" is an HTML tag (useful for some pretty neat things).
Since Joystiq supports HTML, if you use incorrectly (for example, using the symbol "less than" and then not using the symbol "greater than" to close the tag) your comment won't appear again.

I've missed the whole game thus far. But my ps3 will be fixed soon and this is one of the titles I need to get first.

i haven't picked it up yet either because of school. i know if i pick it up, it will completely consume me so i'm waiting til winter break in two weeks. i may pick it up after my last final to be honest. and probably Uncharted 2 as well.

Got all that done thanks to my addiction to the game and my desire to earn a platinum trophy, but it's all good. I'll have to sit in space soon and just wait for the space radio to do it's thing. I was always running around too much to hear some of those rarer clips.
The Dynamo of Doom seems totally useless at first, but then it becomes a good weapon to just throw a couple of dynamos out while you switch to another weapon to continue the carnage. By far not the best weapon in the game for me, but it can be useful.

I feel like such a jerk for swapping this game to get Dragon Age as part of Best Buy's buy 2, get 1 free a little while ago. But it was a necessary evil and I will freely admit that I'm not a huge R&C fan (I haven't played the first one that showed up on the ps3...yet).
Dymphna @ Nov 26th 2009 11:24AM
I did the exact opposite, I found DA to be total trash, I still can't figure out why anyone likes it.
Absolutely loving R&C though. So between the two of us, the games sold continuum remains static.

How could anyone miss either of those?
