I must say, I disagree- Surely GotY, Would have to be GotY in all aspects- Note the cruddy multiplayer, and horrible Konami ID System, Great Single Player game- Just not Game of the Year

Am I the only one who didn't get this game? It took longer to install the game data than it did for me to get bored with the game.

The Dark Trooper, you obviously are missing the fact that Metal Gear Solid 4 and Metal Gear Online are considered TWO SEPARATE GAMES. The American version comes bundled with it (In Japan, the games are sold separately). Therefore, you cannot include MGO in the nomination for GotY, because it is an entirely separate game.

Well in that case, GotY was a game with no online component at all? That's hardly Game of the Year- MGS4 is deserving of everyother award its won- bar this one

really? i mean everything else you guys decided on seemed right, but i don't know if i'd say that MGS4 deserves a hands down win. i mean seriously? it was a good game and everything, but i think its not so easily chosen. i mean personally i'd choose LBP, and some other people would too. but i guess that was the point of readers choice right? i think i forgot to say anything there, my fault. but seriously, you had no problem choosing MGS4?

MGS4 is great, but the PS3 GOTY is definitely Little Big Planet.

So you're saying a game without multiplayer is not a game that can be considered a GOTY? That just doesn't make sense. There's no multiplayer in Puzzle Quest, but it's still a great game. There's no multiplayer in PJM and it's still madly addictive and fun. What you've said here is one of the most mindless, shallow things I could've read on any post.

I think, Your mis-reading me, I'm not saying it's a bad game. I mean its a good game, Its just not GotY- GotY, Should be just that- A game leading on all aspects, without multiplayer- The same replayabilty isn't offered as something like LittleBigPlanet (Which recieved my GotY vote).
