SOE has an incredible property on their hands -- but will they ever release it to the public? The online-connected world of The Agency promises to make PS3 owners into virtual spies. The style is terrific, and the concept seems fun. However, SOE has shown very little of The Agency in 2008. Hopefully, 2009 will prove to be its big coming out party.
