19. Palom & Porom -- Final Fantasy IV

The twin mage children from Mysidia, Palom and Porom, solidified their place in history (quite literally) when their unselfish sacrifice to save Cecil and crew turned them to stone. Despite this heartbreaking sacrifice, these kids are unfortunately most underappreciated. We think these magic prodigies deserve a place in Dissidia, especially since they could possibly win back FF fans' hearts with their potenially unique fighting style. Here's the kicker, these two will fight together a la the Ice Climbers from Smash Bros. Fighting together means they can cast their "Twin magic" ability. Now let's toss in a twist, say being able to switch control between twins on the fly. Both kids would have their own HP bar and EX gauges, which take damage and fill up separately depending on who is being controlled. If one twin goes down, they won't be able to pull off their powerful Twin spells. So switching between the two and keeping both of them alive would definitely be a different strategic experience.
